Costco has expanded their organic food products exponentially. I now shop there for some of my regular staples (my family eats organically). Surprisingly, our local Smart and Final sells an even larger selection of organic foods and produce at very low price points. People are demanding organic and the market is responding. Now if only our farmers would drop Monsanto and their GMO poison we'd be a lot better off.
