Don't completely agree. He took those shares in place of salary. Most people don't work for free. OTOH, he's been a lousy CEO with zero communication skills and what's left of ANY credibility is quickly fading. I agree he should resign.....and he can take the bod with him.

I don't think a lawsuit is worth it to anyone....including the lawyers.
