It is beyond ridiculous to read the CDE reasoning on behalf of the Chilean Government with why Ricardo Lagos should not be questioned on his approval of the Pascua Lama Project while a court order was in place preventing the Government from doing just what they did.

We all know Ricardo Lagos and the CDE do not want to answer questions on Pascua Lama because they are guilty of ignoring the court of law. They are not arguing on the merits of Mr Lopehandia's case as his argument is solid legally.

The lack of claims for Barrick with Pascua Lama is nothing more then a huge wound to Barrick that can not be ignored any longer.

The BCSC has sided with Barricks fraud, they are recklessly hoping on Barricks fraud to continue or they can weasel out of any responsibility.
