Michie has loaded himself up with free shares at the expense of everyone else who has been BURNED and knows when the next set of press release pumps come out he will be filing appropriate forms or utilizing a CEO friendly shareholder to dump shares and cash in.

This stock will never grow into a serious money maker under his leadership and he has what an 8 year track record to prove it?

Any current shareholder who even remotely supports Michie under the Go PFSD banner should reconsider their thought process or ask themselves why?

Even if a friendly shareholder of Michie knew exactly what was going on and knew when press releases were coming even the best pump and dump scheme would not work.

Michie needs to resign.

He has said nothing about Haggerty's fraud and paint the tape scheme's.

Every shareholder should seriously ask themselves why.

Michie should voluntarily resign or offer to resign and turn his 15 million shares that he hasn't earned back to corporate stock transfer.

There is a very bad trail behind Michie that stinks to high heaven and maybe the next step is to have shareholders new and old band together, and vote him out as CEO.

The alternative is the hard way and filing a lawsuit.
