No, what is happening is that DDCC investors are very smart and know a great investment when they see it. That is why the very smart investors of DDCC are holding onto their DDCC shares tightly and not selling.

No need to worry about volume. Volume comes and goes. When big news hits, volume has a tendency to pick up big time and so does the PPS. Big news announcements in the market have a tendency to travel very fast expecially with the internet and social media. Patience is a virtue, and can be expecially important with very worthwhile investments.
