Try again http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/npwz/after-hours 11,000,000 at .0011 or $12,000 dollars, won't fund much. A second 11,000,000 buy order cancelled. I think someone had 22 Million shares and wanted to lock in profit then changed their minds and sold 1/2 and held on to 1/2
