I do appreciate the find. It could be the contractor. Just tired of this company. Too many mistakes made including Sea Wind and bad deals in wind and w GREW. I sent them a ready to go project similar to Shala in Panama w construction permits issued just needed a developer. I though Falak was a developer. Instead they waste time in Albania. This company could have profitable by now. Instead here we are waiting for Albania?!!! Shares still being converted and nothing.
