MaxD followers b happy what this entails, it's gonna happen n is not just HOT AIR like b4 with issues.

Some of u players want to hold buy or sell 4 micro movement.. have fun with it; however, the BIG MOVEMENT is with the FCCOA n onward..^_^

Since what I presented in previous postings, put it together n u will truly understand the magnitude where Max Sound Corp is heading n yes with Vedanti as well...

The future licensing n royalties is imminent n is understatement...I am very excited 4 all the shareholders including myself..chuckle chuckle ^_^

If the purpose of mentioning the Term Sheet is to let the public know about the terms, when will the public be shown the terms? You're no novice either, and you know that the question of standing is crucial. You will also know that MaxD has something of a history of putting out vague news about agreements to agree before the ink has dried, or even before pens have actually been deployed.
