Take a look at Discovery Ventures. A mining company in Canada. They started mining in a large claim called the Willa claim. Nbri used to or still does have a claim right in the middle of that claim and in a 2014 PR Perry stated that if mining ever started on that claim it would in effect be to the Benefit of nbri. When I found that information out I talked to Perry and was told since it involved a material event he couldn't say anything but the information would come out soon in a filing. No big secret there, it's all public information.
