The Term Sheet is to let the public, shareholders, stakeholders know that joining forces to go up against Alphabet Inc Google instead of prolonging the litigation.

They both r at the pinnacle of this litigation, details were already mapped out with TopFemaleExec-2014 previously; however, with Vedanti Licensing Limited taking over Vedanti Systems Limited ownership as with the new board members including TopFemaleExec-2014 as the owner of patent, it was in the best interest of both parties directing towards a Term Sheet Agreement to full fill the contractual agreement since inception.

It is less detail n changeable at anytime depending what both parties r looking 4 with a win in litigation…makes perfect sense going against the Big Giant…smiling ^_^

Basically put, destroy Alphabet Inc Google 1st, then after the fact all the later details of compensation can b dealt with afterward; hence, Term Sheet.

I believe u already know what a TERM SHEET is, u r not a novice here..^_^

Max Sound Corp already has STANDING with VSL whom is also associated with Vedanti Systems Limited…it was only a matter of time of RESULTS.

Alphabet Inc Google knows it too…just buying time, it is within their legal documentation as well.

Strategies wise 4 both parties, Alphabet Inc Google will lose in court. I will BET the Big Giant will push 4 STAY PENDING…yet with the xxx agreement…DEAD MEAT..hoo hoo O_o
