then if not enough, then allow those people ( democrats ) to pay in

MORE than they are supposed to in order to pay down the debt after

all they are for increasing taxes, let them do it


lastly, hold a once a year nationwide lottery ( seriously ) with

so many tickets sold with 1/2 the proceeds paid out, other 1/2 pay

down the debt.
