if not, I believe WV will pull out and want the money back,

I don't think that will happen.....if the cards do work, then WV will reverse merge with nxtd, kick gino out and make some real money....IMHOP

then the stock will hit $100 next year and sell millions of them.....IMHOP

or Gino will stay on the dilution front and just make room in the closet for ANOTHER broken promise ( he may have to build another shelf since he has thousands of wockets already in their)....IMHOP
