Teva is an obvious potential acquirer. I'm not sure how I missed this in my earlier DD and I'm guessing it has probably been discussed on this board at some point, but in case not, check out the background of Dr. Gil Ben-Menachem, our VP of Business Development:

He literally held the position at Teva responsible for deals/acquisitions. Think there aren't any deep ties to Teva through him? There is no way in hell a guy with that background goes to work for a baby bio like Kitov unless a buyout is a lock and it's his only job to maximize value for it.

My lord this is such an obvious acquisition in the making. Every stone I overturn there are more and more reasons to buy.
