Seems unlikely. Shareholders holding mega millions in shares hold mega millions in votes, and refinancing in some way offers a much better prospect of preserving the value of their investment. Besides, there was less than 20,000 dollars worth of shares traded. Relatively impressive given that there is often no volume, but a drop in the bucket.

I also highly doubt that the insiders are responsible for small uneconomic trades. Market makers trying to make a market most likely.
