What is needed is a new business plan that will payback the 33 million in debt within 18 months.

Charles should start communicating with smaller cryptocurreny owners, and have them develop a wallets to run at the DM facility, and keep the cost of transition cost as low as possible. Whereby start generating fees from transactions on use of these wallets. - Possibly, go for a top 100 by market cap.

Get the note holder to back Charles on this, and see if project has legs.
