Hey, we have to think about the accumulated monthly income from the rentals and leases. once these achieve a level that the income surpasses the total overhead, that this gives AMMX a chance to grow.
They will have some extra cash towards increasing sales through advertising, perhaps an increase in sales personnel, maybe more time for Lee to focus more clearly on big deals.
We heard him say how many trips he has been on and for a any man it can get to be too much. It seems to me Lee is really the only sales staff really has. We do not hear about sales from other sources, it's always just Lee with few exceptions. I think the man could use some sales help/staff.
Currently, the slope of the moving average is positive. Yes, it is "good" that we seem to be holding in a tight pattern, but as Mr. Mutt says , very disappointing to those that have been in for years and those that bought in with a higher average pps.
