Good Morning,

This I posted earlier and had to remove some that deemed inappropriate and was deleted, so here I have posted the update after a request from a member.

We are holding up nicely and a little churning here and there is indicative of building a solid foundation.

Yesterday was a session that and for the folks that know how to read level II, was an opportunity to add to their holdings.

As doog mentioned in one of his posts that we are probably on the last of the debt holder and he is also correct on the tranche set at 10%, but more importantly, it appears we are getting a breather today and possibly the cleanup of the holders and is exactly what the company needed to accomplish.

The much spoken about on the buyout comes to the final closing date next week, and the result one way or the other will be forth coming. I believe since the company has been forthright in keeping shareholders abreast of events, we probably will get some announcement next week.

There are a few posters here that have experienced similar R/M, buyouts and outright mergers. I have been doing this for over 40 years as a corporate profiler and mergers and acquisitions. What the company is doing is in a format that is based on the history of these type of marriages.

Most companies like to clean out the previous holders ie; conversions, debt holders and warrants. This company is no different and is the norm for these types of collaborations or mergers of diff. types.

One other point that has to be mentioned is the R/S that is spoken here and is absolutely a false and that position will never happen within this ongoing valuation or buyout whether it will happen or not.

The reasons are quite simple. First the company does not have the burden of a bloated share structure. The current SS (750m A/S) is reasonable and quite attractive for any acquiring company. It allows the new company plenty of liquidity to grow without the burden of having to do the unpleasant task of either filing for a share (A/S) increase or a R/S as many companies do during their initial transition into a new entity.

This is what makes this company extremely attractive for a takeover and the valuation of said company to be prime and clean of any difficulties with respect to the perspective balance sheet.

Now for you folks that are new to the pennyarcade. Look for the posters that have a track record of solid understanding of trading and the knowledge of the makeup, in this case, SPOM.

Next week should be a very exciting week for two reasons, one it's the end of the month and the second, is the much anticipated word or result of the buyout.

Stay focused and know what you have here, so far, it is all still very much of a fluid progress in motion and there is nothing that has changed.

Have a good day
