Nothings wrong with bid and ask. It's always like this for MNII

I'm curious why FRAZ bid keeps upticking .2151 now. Someone wants in but is not getting filled on the bid and very very slowly raises it.

But MNII is dead silent. Will just take one seller to get out for some real cheapies to be had. I'm ready
