Correct, and short volume has been regularly abused on this stock. Taking advantage of this ability has caused what we saw the other day. The MMs create virtual shares to sell into the news in order to keep the price from reaching its potential. Then they drop the ask (shuller) to buy the shares they just sold for a lower price. Thereby creating the artificial look of a sell off.
