The shareholders meeting is much later this year, most likely for a reason.

We have yet another qtr almost in the books that will show NO DILUTION/ TOXIC FINANCING once again. Chipping away at the debt with a responsible BOD in place while keeping the OS count in check will eventually reward shareholders imo.

just a matter of time...
