You DO know that there was never a title given in the 2006 judgement....don't you? Villar was given back the RIGHTS ONLY.....sooooo...even if Villar was the "agent" for JL (WHICH I HAVE PROVED WAS NOT THE CASE).....how oh how could JL have clean title.....or for that matter....Villar? Can you point me to this "judgement" that gave a "clean title" to anyone? Ummmm....no you can't because it doesn't exist. A "clean title" won't exist for anyone until C 1912-2001 is resolved....period. Unfortunately for JL and the rest of the crew....they were tossed from the case in October 2014.....do you dispute this?
