The caliber of the leadership outweighs even the greatest of ideas. A strong determined leader can take even a half ass idea and make it work. Every day there is competition emerging that strives to do nothing different than working harder and smarter. This company has enough going for it as to the concepts, but just cannot deliver. The old adage "lead, follow, or get out of the way" seems quite appropriate in this case. Great ideas usually find a way to grow albeit in hibernation for what may seem eternity to us small minded humans always in a mad rush to grab the fallout of the smashed pinata. LOL, one more beer Mabel.
