From 2010 there is still the joint venture with A Squared (now Genius Brands). It's still going, slowly, with "Stan Lee's Cosmic Crusaders (previously "Stan Lee's Mighty 7). Genius Brands was near bankrupt when A Squared merged with them. They haven't had the money to fund their own projects so it's a slow process with them, but it's still appears to be moving.

The Magic Storm deal looks like it turned into Stan Lee Global Entertainment, which is 25% owned by POW!. Three movies in the slate, but again, the acquiring company Focus Media doesn't have the money to fully back the projects. I know Fundamental Films is involved in at least one of the movies.

The partnership with 1821 Media is still in play. Not much happening with Kids Universe, but "Romeo and Juliet:The War" was announced as a movie with Lionsgate. I don't see it on their movie slate, though.

"Chakra:The Invincible" with Graphic India came out as an animated movie. I think three more animated movies are due to come out starting this year or early next year. The live action movie has a director and is in preproduction. I believe Graphic India is part of the "Monkey Master".

The Boom comics ended, they are still sold as trade paperbacks. I've also seen them on Comixology Unlimited.

Off hand I don't remember any other projects from 2010.

As to FOX and Disney. I've heard that there is a dispute going on between FOX and Disney over the X-Men and Fantastic Four movie rights. FOX didn't fold them into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Like Sony did with Spider-Man. I don't know if there is a real dispute between the companies. But, FOX did make the horible Fantastic Four movie and Marvel did kill the Fantastic Four comic book series and is down playing mutants in the comic books with no mention of mutants in the movies (the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are Inhumans in Marvel movies and maybe in the comic books). So, you can be the judge whether there exist a dispute between the companies.

Why did FOX get the rights to Stan Lee's life, probably because they offered to buy them (and maybe to cheese off Marvel). There was already a Stan Lee life documentary, also Stan is still alive, I don't think Disney was interested in doing another bio movie, right now. Could also be a lack of vision.

I don't know if it's true, but, it doesn't look like Disney wants to do anything that causes POWN's share price to take off.

Also, I think FOX's idea to turn it into a fictional action movie, might pay off, like "Deadpool" did. They could also roll Stan Lee into their cinematic universe, blocking Marvel from using Stan in any meaningful way (like making him the Watcher or any other important character).

Edit
Something to consider. For a movie to be made, a lot of things have to come together at the same time, in order for it to work out. The IP has to be in tune with today's audience. A studio has to be interested. There has to be money available to make the movie. An interesting script has to be written. The right director has to be interested in making the movie. The right actors have to be available and willing to be in the movie, at the same time for filming with the director. And, while waiting for those stars to align, not much in them can change, or the whole process may have to start over.
