I'm super optimistic too with everything going on but I also remember that there was more going on in 2010 all those either fell apart or are still in pre-production. The entertainment industry is really fickle, we need to see these projects go into production.

I am curious about your thoughts on the Fox project. Fox and Disney are the two studios that are making Marvel movies, it's super interesting that Fox got the rights to Stan's life and not Disney. Especially since Disney owns Marvel.
