Blackburn still pulls the strings with Treaty Energy and the gang including Chris Tesarski, Andrew Kramer and the "new" board. It's so obvious if one reads the court docs filed by them. And no... The shares will not be returned to Treaty as Treaty is named in the SEC suit as well and will be revoked soon after the trial. Treaty Energy will be fined and forced to disgorge.
