Was going to give a shout out to the 420 investors index, it crossed over into a new yearly high. Its not much but just the beginning. The 420 Investor Cannabis Stock Index increased from 39.15 to 39.52, reflecting a change of +0.7% year-to-date in 2016. The index began 2013 at 100, 2014 at 159.1, 2015 at 130.7, and 2016 at 39.25.
