its NOT the Greenpoint, only the Lehman lawsuit, i have posted on this a few times (Syncora posted as well)

There was a 10am hearing yest to confirm the Compromise already agreed to... if you recall Syncora is getting $37m claim from Lehman estate, and Lehman will cooperate with Syncora against Greenpoint (CapOne)
