Huh? I am merely reading the text of the agreement and applying it to the situation described by Chad himself. If there is an argument to be made that the interpretation is wrong...have at it.
And given this is contract law...the agreement will govern and it says clearly and specifically that CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES are excluded from liability between the parties to the agreement. Frankly, hoping a judge or jury ignores that is wishful thinking.
