Those suing Covey are investors. APT is a public company. Lots of companies get bought with baggage. Even over $40Mil. But according to the court docs there has been no audit since 2013. So, that number is a guess on anyone's part. Now the the SC (which doesn't work)...in fact there is a video that Corey did on the SC that actually starts with him apologizing because it has issues. Anyway, Corey is being sued also because like it or not...he's STILL part of APT legally. Just this month even.

Hopefully when all is said and done. Current management is gone. SC is sold to pay debts. And MotoPeds moves on with new management and future.
