With a reverse split in the works?

They probably won't reverse split real soon, because they still have enough authorized shares to absorb the huge dilution PHOT does to stay afloat.

But, as the stock price drops, even more of those discounted shares will be needed for dumping to generate the same $1 in cash to help PHOT stay afloat. AS is widely known, PHOT has lost money, since inception.
With revenue dropping and expenses expected to rise to try to stem the tanking revenue, PHOT is due for a big haircut on its market cap, IMO.
