Rookie stock picker - there's really not much going on.. he clearly states how the company has just realigned their vision and business plan... adjusting to all of this dumb ass weed restrictions that keep coming about will hopefully soon to be removed. The company has just locked and loaded what they are all about and now taking initiative to tackle their goals...
