According to the article we now have 3 patents.

And no licenses for any of em. There are no 8Ks announcing licenses.

Filing one patent after another is the scam angle for this Microcrap scam. It doesn't matter if they have 3 patents or 10 pending.

Also part of the scam is to pretend a patent no one wants to license is going to be bringing in millions. Even IF they found just one intermodal manufacturer who wanted to license the patent, the revenue would be trivial. The example again is an intermodal manufacturer sells a $10K container. DDCC would receive the customary 1% (or less) yielding $100 in royalties. At that rate it would take 10M units being manufactured for the CEO to get his $100K yearly paycheck. That's not going to happen either.
