But who throws the first rock?
I life in germany.
And I see this court things in the last couple of month.
Every Internet-Company is trying this Tax-avoiding things.
But every country has the right to say if you want to make money with our citizens you have to agree with our local laws.

The data protection law inside the European Union is completely different compared to the data protection law in the U.S. and some sort of google-analysis is really annoying.

A lot of the lawsuits in the EU are not from the parliaments but from citizens. In the EU you have the right to see the data a company is collecting about an indivdual.

Same thing in the other direction.
Volkswagen is breaking the law - this is clear.
And in terms of both companies Google in the E.U. and Volkswagen in the U.S. it is okay to have lawsuits against it.

No company should be so strong that they can act in a law-free space.
The citizens have the power to hurt the companies if they(the companies) break the rules.
This is not an eye for an eye politics.
We see the independence of the courts and this is a good sign.

As a shareholder this might hurt from time to time.
We have a new generation of judges in these days and they are aware of the internet and the (non-existent) national borders and i think this is a good direction.

We are talking about drones and the law, self-driving cars and the law, Augmented-Reality and the law, genetic engineering and the law.

"Scale-Out" and the law is very interesting in every aspect.
It is P.I.T.A. and interesting at the same time.
The courts are self-confident enough to decide the right things in the last two years.
Nobody is too big to fail - the decline of the Deutsche Bank is a milestone for this.

In the same timeframe we see this protest-political-parties all over the world.
We see Trump in america, Brexit in the U.K., Marine Le Pen/Front National in france, AFD in Germany, Orban in Hungary.
A bunch of stupid people.

The courts are self-confident because they have to - just to bring this back in balance.
"retaliatory" is the worst thing in history that can happen in the next couple of month.
