Well, on the surface, EPS should project much higher since the 4th quarter will have a full quarter with Periscope. They haven't made it very easy to deduce this though. For instance, they presented numbers in the 10Q for the combined EMS division without letting us see how much was Periscope and how much Rob. There were comments about Rob having some delayed orders go through, and we were left without the ability to project Periscope numbers.

Also, there was the presentation. Somehow, I was unable to see the slides during the presentation, only getting a gray screen. I saw them on the web site last night. They were done over with a much sleeker look. The slide where they pile the bars on top of one another for the acquisitions looks nicer, but the right side ordinate hasn't been updated properly and doesn't
emphasize EPS as much as revenue gains. Some selected financials were presented from last Q, but the EPS isn't specifically noted. I could see how an analyst would just take a forward EPS projection off of the bar
chart without giving it much thought.
