You just said you believe the warrants to be worth $35 each if they sell the company and gold is over $1400. Well firstly gold is not over $1400, it is $1300, so it is not too far fetched to think that the price of gold could be going up over $1400 soon.

However, we know that the shares outstanding for the new company are 74M roughly.

According to you, that means that the company will be sold for $74,000,000 x $35 = $2,590,000,000 or $2.6B to round it up.

Can you explain that please?
