True. The SC is a black whole. I read the entire doc and the 3 best points are:

1) 9-10 employees
2) still in business
3) Covey wants to sell APT

Clearly Covey is a mistake walking on 2 legs. Inept...to put it mildly.

But another company buying out APT could bring it back.

Btw I found info on the net that states clearly that the Sturgis group is just a new distribution channel for MotoPed . They have not bought APT...nor are they part of the Cruz LLC rumor that has been spewed here
