Not a good time for anyone to take a position or hold one imo. Toxic conversion price now .01, lowest it has ever been. As everyone has seen with the toxic price spiral that lead up to the reverse split, erhe shares can go from .01 to .0005 in an amazingly small amount of time. PN and SO are watching their investment deteriorate along with all other shareholders and appear unable to do anything about it except sell convertible debt. Sadly, as I predicted, the share price is returning back to the price levels prior to the reverse split.
