I already own enough ERHC and I wont be buying any more now. ERHC is 7 million in debt. Early journalist reports indicate a dry hole. There is an IRS lien on their assets. There are more toxic debentures outstanding and probably more being issued and we can't get a word out of management about any of this.

Are you recommending a buy? If, so could you please let us know why?
