There was some selling today and i agree that it may could be a MM Manipulation or a Shareholder start to become nervious and sold.

But in fact there was not any proof of CEO Dilution or even P&D as on first hand Trade Volume is still low for talking about Dilution and on other hand we closed with only -0.42% down. Any P&D game would be see a much lower closing price with millions of shares traded.

Funny to see that if a Blue Chip is trading on higher Volume and stock is down 0.42% nobody is talking about Dilution. If a Penny Stock is trading over 20k with higher Share Volume as normally Investors talking about P&D.
