I know this might seem weird, but what can I do if I have suspicion that a board moderator is in fact a paid basher?

Any post that contradicts something they say is deleted... they spend all day on the board making comments on anything posted that reflects a positive for the company at hand. There also seems to be a twitter account that has the same name as the username and states they are on ihub. Tweets that state "Ihub did not pay me for the paid bashing last week how bouts you?" When asked why the ibox states a very positive outlook for the company, why are they so negative. What other purpose would a person what as a moderator, than to control the posts that people see?
