Thanks for showing up. I never claimed that you were an investor relations firm (I said PR firm in that comment, and the other person kept assuming I meant IR firm), nor did I ever claim that you had a relationship with that author. I noted the coincidence between that authors coverage and firms that either were or are your clients.

There are of course thousands of listed companies, and for 60% of those companies mentioned by the author to be (or have been recently) clients of one firm goes beyond the realm of pure chance.

As you are no doubt aware of many of your clients (or former clients) are also clients of an investor relations firm called IRTH Communications correct?

That investor relations firm has paid authors on Seeking Alpha and elsewhere money to write positive articles regarding their clients, but they are never disclosed as the paying party of these articles despite SEC regulations that to my knowledge require such disclosure (though this may be the authors responsibility).

Of course your firm is caught up in this incidentally and throughout my investigation this company I have not found any evidence that your firm was behind these promotions, only that your list of clients is similar to the client list of that investor relations firm.
