The days of patent stocks getting a significant premium due to buzz is pretty much over. Until the fortune 50 partner, Siemens portfolio, and new battery portfolio can be quantified, the stock is probably stuck where its at. From a Q3 earnings perspective it doesn't look like much has been done rev/profit wise.

With that said, I think the opportunity is better than it was ever at any point in the past.
