I'm a bit puzzled too. However there are two recent developments that could offer an explanation. On July 28, InMed announced a new round of financing for 4,350,000 shares priced at $.07/share (price on the Canadian Exchange). Warrants were also issued at $.15/share over 12 months.

InMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement for C$304,500

This put a new floor on the share value. Also, on September 13, InMed gave a presentation at an investor conference...

InMed to Present at 18th Annual Rodman and Renshaw Global Investment Conference

We still haven't heard any feedback from that conference but those who attended may now be buying shares.
