WORRY----think we all suffer from laying our problems at the foot of the cross, then when we leave we pick those problems up and carry them with us. Folks (including me) need to practice "leaving" then "trusting"....not putting God to the test here, but step out in faith and trust-----my human side says, NAW!!! I can handle this, then we worry ourselves sick over something that may very well never come to pass. Worry also carries health issues....I have found myself more than once, just stepping back and saying----"OK GOD, I got all this junk before me, I am to thick to catch on to what is that I need to do, how about a helping hand here"------know what---I have always gotten results, now this may just be me, but, hey, it works for me. I often think that when we know we can not handle a situation, then are humble enough to admit our weakness and ask God for help, we receive help----it may just be a clear understanding, yet that is a biggie and the worry disappears....God Bless
