Same info filed once on form 3, once on form 5 so I am not sure if that filing would then = 100 million shares or 200 million shares.

Either way I could see where 14.7 Billion - 200 million gets you to 14.6 Billion and if your restructure to 14.6 Million and clear 6 million you get 20.5 Million and it matches nicely with a Nasdaq Ready...Not saying. However I like to look at all options.

Catch to me is $164,000,000 to the company. You would need a RM clearing then a Forward Split of 10:1 giving you enough shares and a post clearing price of $1. So that would imply and clearing price of $10 max ?
