Sure a lot of PR hype and promoters for a single acquisition in 1.5 years time... and they appear to be having MAJOR problems reporting the revenue on it

Could the fact that this money is collected in a 3rd world country be the issue?!

If the SEC finds out that they put out a filing missing so much detail and are taking so long to correct it, they would get delisted, again... This isnt a small correction/misprint, the entire balance sheet has to be reworked, including footnotes.

IMO they knew they would not complete the filing on time, so they broke SEC rules and released it anyways, to avoid delisting and buy themselves time... However, the AMOUNT of time its taking tells the true story, there must be serious issues preventing them from releasing it... and this cant help their efforts to attract interest.
