Hmmm well if 'move through' the dilution means they intend to see the 2B A/S turn into 2B O/S then my money is really screwed here. I'm hoping they have a plan to settle/pay off this debt and let the stock run on a tiny post split O/S. Not holding my breath, but only time will tell.
