..you still need to file form 3 within 10 days. They took a little bit longer than that.

That's a little nit picky, isn't it? I don't see this being much of an issue, and trading of the company's stock hasn't been halted pending an investigation.

And BioSolar? Same thing. That was ages ago, in the past, under the old CFO's regime, and no one even remembered it until you brought it back up. Again, a non-issue. But thats just me.

When the new CFO takes a chunk of money and moves to Venezuela, that's an issue. Let me know when THAT happens.
