NVCN news should be basic and to the point , they are full owners still of their Tiara Devices and patents , case closed , moving full speed ahead , next

Also any concerns of any fines they have to pay , how and when they will do this

IMO NVCN won't even have to pay anything until major $$ starts rolling in from their devices

Monetary damages is all , the main point is just money/fine and no patents = win and based on what? Future revenues of Billions of dollars . Sounds good , small price to pay down the road.


This news clarity is all we need to get the big climb turned on for us retail and the Major big $$ buyers to get the green light on

Why not tell us now? still winding down the courts , can't talk about any issues related yet

IMO case closed is near , soon they will be allowed to talk and light up the news wires
