Not only did he change the name.. the moron incorporated a non-existent ticker symbol--> "MJVC" <--into this new official name. despite not having FINRA approval!!! On July 31, 2015 Eddie issued this PR

Name Change:

As previously mentioned in our June 11, 2015 press release, the company is undergoing a name/ticker change. We filed for an official name change with FINRA. The Wyoming Secretary of State now recognizes us under our new name Marijuana Venture Capital Inc. Our new ticker symbol is expected to be MJVC. The change is expected to take effect in August 2015.

He set up a website http://www.mjvc.org/ which is defunct. It's registered to him personally at his house in Plano, TX http://www.whois.com/whois/mjvc.org

Didn't matter to Eddie that another company was already using the basically same name. In fact, he hoped the investing public wouldn't look that closely at the subtle differences
